I see that the car was first registered in late 2004. It's quite possible that the previous owner did not drive much, however, there are several previous owners on this car so this scenario is less likely. In addition you might ring Peugeot to see if they have any information on their systems that may help. Getting the car looked at either by a Peugeot garage or an engineer may provide expert opinion and advice.
